I still can't get why so many people fervently defend illegal immigrants?

I mean it's shocking how many peole still want more and more and are willing to absolve them of any responsibility. I mean it really is unbelievable. I used to think they were mostly bleeding hearts but it's like the whole of America has come to their defense. Just a simple question. How many people do you think this country can sustain
