Okay, so I'm twelve years old and i weigh 105 pounds and I'm trying to lose at least 10 pounds. I'm eating only healthy foods and under 1200 calories a day. I walk almost all day on some days of the week and I do crunches, push ups, superman, leg lifts and torso twists everyday. Will this help me lose fat and get abs, and muscle? Please dont say that im not fat or that i dont need to lose weight or anything like that please, thank you. :D
