Help? Can't stop eating!?

Don't worry, it's completely normal at your age to be craving sweets and eating alot with all the hormones due to puberty. Try to do things to keep your mind off food. Lose yourself in an interest or find a hobby you enjoy. Try doing some cardio exercise to maintain your weight. And tell your parents to stop buying so many sweets or junk food as it affects you negatively or simply eat in moderation. Tell yourself, you can have just one or two cookies and that's it. It's all about will power. Replace those sweet cravings with some fresh or frozen fruit. It tastes good and is a lot healthier. If you increase your intake of fruits and vegetables, your body won't be looking for that extra sugar from processed foods. And remember to drink plenty of water. As for the stomach, you can do a combination of cardio exercise and crunches and/or sit-ups on a daily basis to tone it up a bit. Since you're still 12 and not fully developed, some belly weight may go into your height too. Stay confident and please don't go on any diets. And don't take it to the extremes, you're still young, enjoy life and try not paying too much attention to weight! Good Luck!! :)
