I scored 104 in medical maharahtra CET, can I take up B Pharm or B.P.T (Physiotherapy) or Optometry ?

I am really looking into B Pharm or B.P.T (Physiotherapy) or Optometry or say nutrition , I have scroed 78% in PCB in 12th , where can I get admission for the above course? Or should I take a drop and study better ? Please assist !!!
