I'm twelve, and I was wondering if should go trick or treating this year??? help plz!?

Well most of my friends aren't, but im not one who is really subjective to peer pressure. I'll dress up in a costume no matter what, but I'd really like to see the little kids faces light up at the door but please help 12 years olds especially!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
