What do you do after absolving a marriage of 21 years, esspecially a 49 year old male?

i am a 49 year old male. i was married to my wife for 21 years, we had for children. we are recently divorced and I just dont know what to do. i work and thats it. i just dont know how to date or talk to women, what to do with my freetime, or for that matter what i even enjoy. i just feel lost and hopeless sometimes
