What do you do after absolving a marriage of 21 years, esspecially a 49 year old male?

i am a 49 year old male. i was married to my wife for 21 years, we had for children. we are recently divorced and I just dont know what to do. i work and thats it. i just dont know how to date or talk to women, what to do with my freetime, or for that matter what i even enjoy. i just feel lost and hopeless sometimes

My very first time having sex I had unprotected sex with this guy . I was really scared so I had my cousin buy me a plan b pill . I took it within twelve hours . I am so scared . I took one pill since there was only one pill . I was coming on my period when I had sex . Is there a chance I could be pregnant ? I don't know if he busted or anything . I don't want my mom to find out . Should I take a test after fourteen days , or just let it ride ?

These names actually aren't too bad. Tell your little brother he did a great job! Maya Grace and Devan James are my favorite. "Allys" isn't my favorite spelling, but I'm also surprised that he came up with such a unique spelling at the same time. A+ for name choices and creativity! Tell him "way to go!".

Feminists: what can I do to absolve my male privilege?

I have read this numerous times online. That male privilege is something that most men don't acknowledge they have. That they take for granted that everything in society favors them, and that all sexism against men is just a mutation of sexism against women (custody bias? men think women should always be mothers. violence against men not taken seriously? men think women are too weak to do anything. men can't show emotions? men think emotions are a woman's weakness, etc). So tell me feminists, what can I personally do to end my own male privilege?
