Does anyone else see the problem with this statement?
Being drunk doesn't excuse people from being held accountable for crimes they commit under the influence. Being a driver who happens to be drunk when he/she runs someone over, for example, doesn't mean there' s no consequence. If a person is raped, they haven't committed a crime. It's not a crime to be defenseless against an attacker. It is a crime, however, to rape someone whether you're under the influence of a chemical or not. It never ceases to amaze me how confused anti-fems and MRA's seem to be about this.
