I have got my karanataka cet 2011 ranking as 37015, n i want to knw which are the best B.E colleges for EE/EC?

I want the best college in EE/EC engineering for my B.E course with respect to my rank, its ok if dat good college is situated any any where in karnataka but at the time of my councelling i want to select the best college from the options of colleges dat will b availlable thier........ i m GM studend with none of special quota's i want a goverment seat................. so all the ppls here i beg u to pls help me wiht urs knwlege n wisdom
