In this scenario, who is most likely to "do the right thing? (It's short)?

I am a Christian but in this scenario I would bet on the atheists because I know some Christians who are mistaken in the belief that because our sins are paid for that means we can do what we want as long as you ask for forgiveness and repent...I call this taking God's mercy for granted.
