Is my penis too small?

I'm twelve years old and i'm worried about my penis. i think its small. its 1.5 inches not erect and is about 2.4 inches when erect. also when it is erect, it points up towards me rather than away from me?? is that supposed to happen? also my friends talk about wanking. i've tried it but i dont think i know how to do it? whenever i try it hurts and i dont seem to enjoy it. is it becuase my dick is too small? and all my other friends have ejaculated apart from me. i am quite hairy down there but mabye my balls and dick arnt big enough? how do i ejaculate?? plz help!!!
