What do you think of my dieting plan?

i want to lose roughly twenty pounds and give myself until december. i'm 5'7, 145 pounds and am female (14). i will eat very lean (moderate portions of chicken breast, fish, peanuts, whole grain, fruits, Lots of water, soy milk, Eggs, etc.) and i'll eat regularly as i've heard it help strengthen your Metabolism. i do dance once a day for an Roughly an hour and on top of that 'work out' three times a day. -- wake up at twelve at stretch, four sets of thirty situps, three sets of Calf raises, Etc. do this at twelve, four, eight. get plenty of sleep each night. If i continue this everyday, do you think i'll come close to my targeted weight? oh and p.s. if you have any other abs and thighs strengthening excer., please mention below :)
