Will be eligible to appear for mht-cet and aieee if i do private 12th in science electronics?

will i be eligible to appear for mht-cet and aieee if i do private 12th in science electronics as i want to pursue my career in IT. Which is good Bsc IT or BE IT(engineering). Will private 12th mark-sheet affect my career and job prospect? How to appear for science practicals if i appear for private 12th? Please guide me and help me providing some advice and suggestions.
