Blood In My 12 weeks old new puppy poop?

We have just bought our little lily a twelve week old, we believe, miniature jack russell puppy, very full on energy very, friendly and eating and drinking fine, but about half and hour after we brought her home she had a poop but there was blood in the stool and it was very loose, now when we got her we were told that she had been wormed but needed doing again, we have given her some panacure and are going to continue the treatment throughout, is there anything else we should be worried about or should do, we are new to this but have researched the breed and havent come across this in any or the pulbications, so if anyone can help us out we would be eternally grateful because as everyone knows once a puppy comes into your life, you turn to mush over them.
